Jackie K. Burke, M.A., CCC-SLP

Director of Recruitment & Development

Jackie Burke

Jackie has 22 years experience predominantly in long-term care, successfully overseeing multi-state clinical operations. The majority of her career has been spent in contract rehabilitation and she is well versed in regulatory compliance, denials management, contract acquisition and recruitment. She also holds 2 state Nursing Home Administrator's licenses. Jackie joined Tara Therapy in 2005 and now oversees recruitment and retention activities for the company.

Trish Carruth, M.S., CCC-SLP

Trish Carruth

Trish has 24 years of experience in long term care with a primary focus on clinical program development and rehabilitation management. Trish has successfully provided outstanding clinical achievements to over 100 therapists and manages multiple Rehab Directors in 2 states. She has a unique ability to foster team building activities that result in positive outcomes for our employees and clients.

Tara Kuhne, M.S., CCC-SLP

Tara Kuhne

Tara has worked primarily in long term care and has specialized in training with ventilator/tracheostomized patients. She joined Tara Therapy, LLC in January 2006 as a Director of Rehabilitation in Illinois and transitioned to an Assistant Regional Director of Rehabilitation in 2008. Tara's strong organizational skills and desire to provide the best therapy for her patients resulted in her promotion to Regional Director of Rehabilitation in 2009. She currently oversees 7 locations in 2 states.

Dianne D. Montgomery, M.S., CCC-SLP

Dianne Montgomery

Dianne joined Tara Therapy in February of 2011. She has 15 years experience in long term care and oversees multiple locations in 2 states. Dianne has expertise as a consultant across all disciplines and high level management experience. She also has numerous years providing hands on rehabilitation as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She is committed to providing excellent care to the clients we serve.

Gail M. Polanski, RN, BSN

Gail has over 30 years of experience in long-term care and over 25 years in senior management. Her expertise includes rehabilitation services and case mix management. Gail's nursing background brings a unique perspective to Tara Therapy. Her commitment to the rehab team and outstanding leadership abilities promotes the provision of quality rehabilitation services.

Megan Reeder, M.S., CCC-SLP

Megan Reeder

Megan has 8 years of experience with geriatrics including long term acute care, homehealth and skilled nursing.  She joined Tara Therapy in February of 2010 as a staff Speech-Language Pathologist.  She took on the role of Director of Rehabilitation in January of 2011.  Megan was promoted to Regional Director of Rehabilitation in September 2012 and currently oversees 8 locations.

Kristie has 13 years experience in skilled nursing facilities and long term care. She began working for Tara Therapy, LLC in 2005 as a Speech-Language Pathologist and was promoted to a Director of Rehabilitation in 2005. In 2010, she became Regional Director of Rehabilitation where she oversees 5 locations in 2 states while maintaining her position as a Director of Rehabilitation. Kristie's determination to be the best has made her a winner of numerous recognition awards.

Shelley Simpson

As the newest member of the Tara Therapy management team, Shelley brings more than 20 years of experience in long term and skilled nursing care. Shelley has used her experiences to provide continued training and growth for those on the front line of direct care. She is currently providing guidance to 9 Directors of Rehabilitation in Mississippi and Tennessee.
